·        Team lead of engineers that created an IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) health and performance agent for the Tivoli Enterprise Console (TEC) product

·         Developed client/server job announcement system for the EPA’s human resource department using Oracle tables and Delphi GUI. Oracle stored procedures were used to boost performance. The application also generated HTML files that were placed on the EPA’s intranet.

·         Created library journal application for the EPA library that replaced an expensive mainframe program and saved $50,000/year in printing costs. The difficult to use mainframe program was replaced with a user friendly Windows application.

·         Designed and implemented call tracking system for the EPA’s help desk.

·         Created installation programs and manuals for all applications.
